Hello Anna. I’m Javier. I’ve been thinking on writing you before, so I’m doing it now. You’ve saved me more than once. I’ve been experiencing an emotional roller coaster for a long time now. Years maybe. Every time is going worse, or it feels like that. These days I just feel like I’ve lost everything I cared about. And even though I’m sure I’m strong enough to deal with it, it just feels bigger and stronger than me. I started to watch ASMR in a desperate intent to sleep cause that’s something I just dont even remember how it is to do it. And I found you… I’m gonna be honest, first time I stayed because you’re simply gorgeous. But, you started to talk. And I began to listen. You just said the words I needed to hear. You gave me calm. You do it almost every night. I’m sleeping 3 or 4 hours daily. I know I’m gonna be fine eventually and feel peace someday. But know, you save me without even knowing. Thank you Anna. Keep talking. Keep recording. And I’ll be listening while I can.

I had emotions and feelings but now I’ve been completely emotionless, I don’t know if it’s a bad sign or not I hope it’s normal, I just can’t take emotions the worst out of me, I mean if I have feelings, then I’ll have to find it while the reiki can guide me through with courage and gratitude in order for me to be grateful, thank you Anna for the video.
