Obviously His Holiness looks more relaxed when he is meeting with Spanish speaking guests. You can also see how much more comfortable he is in this video. The chairs are closer and not so formally on each side of the desk.

Not generally all Spanish-speaking guests. He was quite formal when he met the King of Spain with the chairs were on opposite sides of the desk. He is more comfortable here because his guest is a fellow Argentine.

Well, no. He is really comfortable with these guests because they have history together and are from his former home. The Pope is full Italian but born a Venezuelan (His parents are pure Italian immigrants that moved to Venezuela from Italy).
