I’m always blown away by how simple the fix can be even when we have lost hope. The neck crack was a big one !! If I keep watching these videos I may just dig up the courage to take a long drive and see if I too can find relief

I really like the Gondstead method and I really like the way Dr. Rahim takes this approach. I'm from Vietnam, there are a few people teaching here, but I'm not very satisfied with the level of science they teach me. I read this….”Non-surgical spinal decompression therapy is a non-invasive procedure that uses a specialized table or device to gently stretch the spine. This stretching creates negative pressure in the spine, which can help reposition herniated discs and reduce pressure on nerves.” Can D. Tahini correct that? I have bone growth from my facet joints compressing my (I think) L3L4 nerves. How does one get rid of the bone overgrowth that is compressing? Is that something that could be done by Dr. Rahim? Called Cauda Equina Syndrome.
