I said goodbye to my own family at the states to come and take care my elderly parents. I took a leap of faith and let God take me through this journey regardless of its obstacles. I left my husband and daughter and hope that they understand that my sacrifice will not be in vain for our family of three, but that God will take care of us as I do my duty as a daughter. You're so right that it shouldn't take a funeral or fa'alavelave to visit family, because time is so precious and I wouldn't give up this chance to be with my parents. I love being back after 32 years. This Samoan vibe is the best. I'm so thankful to God for allowing me to be here. I just feel for you guys at Vegas.... I love the lights but that Heat oka oka so vevela... You guys be blessed and praying for traveling mercies when you guys go back. God bless...
