Bill wrote a piece for the Grapevine which talks about Emotional Sobriety as it largely relates to codependence in all acts of service. Being comfortable with yourself and not dependent on the outcome of your actions Total acceptance of God's. He uses the example of if your 12 stays sober no credit to you. They did the work. If the 12 gets drunk, no loss to you, find another one to work with. Emotional sobriety.
