Solution to overcrowding of jails is not building more jails but solving cases quickly to send back those innocent people who are inside just because they cannot fight their own cases. Also reforming the society and implementing laws that becomes deterrent than giving bails to affluent culprits who go on to commit crimes due to money power and influence.

Petition filed by eminent personalities like Amitab bacchan has been heard in no less time and court declared ‘PERSONALITY RIGHT’, there are more than 1 crore cases pending in lower courts for more than 5 years yet awaiting for the turn to turn up.
