Emotional Sunrise of Joy after the Dark Night of the Soul

This video is part of a series about moving through the Dark Night of the Soul or through the Corridor of the Bardo. This is where one has already meditated enough to go into enlightenment and bliss, and then it is as if the ego and its darkness come back stronger, and all the afflicted emotions come back in tidal waves of despair, sadness, terror, and rage. The bliss of enlightenment seems very far away and the feeling of oneness seems like a dim memory and even an illusion. It is our attachment to the bliss that needs to be let go of during this Dark Night. We also need to purify our devotion to God so that we love God for the sake of love and not because of the bliss God gives us. When our devotion expects nothing back, then the bliss returns.
The video keeps the meditation simple. We do soft stare at the center of the light and catch the color shifts with our peripheral vision. We chant "Hreeh" (sometimes spelled "Hrih", I prefer the older way of doing it phonetically, so that it rhymes with the word "free") and immerse ourselves in the sound.
There are teachings to the right and to the left. In the Bardo, they take on a deeper meaning and will light up understandings of what we need to know and to remember.
The music was created through using to Roland S--1s, a Strymon Bluesky, and an Eventide Space Reverb on Shimmer. They were mixed on Audacity and another layer was made through the Paul Stretch program. The three inputs formed "generative harmonics" with harmonic fifths rising up and vibrating in the field. Having three inputs allowed for the drone to be not redundant and always new in the moment. On all three inputs, no sound is duplicated even once. When the inputs blend, there is a feeling of something developing by the unfolding inputs blending in new ways. It fits in with the verse to the right of the video of "everything is unfolding perfectly". When we feel that everything is unfolding perfectly, then we naturally and easily surrender into the life current.
