Emotn H1 vs Anker Solar Nebula / $289 vs $499

The H1 from Emotn is a LED projector that has a 7800mAh battery with a native 1080p image. With almost the same specs as the more expensive Anker Solar Nebula will the performance be the same or better? If you would like to purchase either projector I have the links below.

Thanks for this comparison video. Made my decision for my next projector, since im returning this emotn projector. Wasnt sure i ahould stick in the 500$ and under range. I will buy the Anker Nebula Vega projecror.👍🏾

Decided to test the Emotn H1 and it’s alright. I wouldn’t recommend it since it only looks good when you aren’t using the AV or HDMI inputs. HDMI decoding is like one of the worst in the world. The input lag is horrendus and I would rather save up for a 500$ projector or a chi ease projector at the same price range since those would be better.

Thanks Darkness, I'm sure that will help others decide. I would rather save up as well, but I didn't see any problems with the HDMI input, but I never did try the AV input. I still love my Anker solar but the price for that seems a bit high.

What kind of other features does the Emotn projector have? Digital zoom, keystone?

Wow after watching the video I just realized a good portion of the review got left out. The H1 has auto keystone and it does have a digital zoom, the focus is manual. It also has no way to adjust the lamp in the projector while plugged into power or on battery, it does dim when it's on battery automatically. Thanks for asking about that.

No way in hell was the Emotn H1 displaying a native 1080p image. My old 720p optama projector image quality was clearer than that. Did you have that in focus when doing the review.

It's on par with my moto mod projector that is 480p just more pixel and faster refresh rate lol.

I didn't like the h1, the supplied charger get ao hot, iwas affrqid of starting a fire. The screen is maybe 125 ansi lumens, aince i put it side by side with my moto mod projector and was just slightly brighter. The moto mod only has 50 ansi lumens. The remote was lagy, and I couldn't set the 4d Keystone properly, it kept on messing with the zoom. After 30 minutes, because of the remote issue, I ended up with a sliver for a picture, so its now unsuable, cant see anything to reset to factory settings since the display is the aize of a dime. Im going to splurge and get the Anker nebula vega, it has 100 more ansi lumens than the solar, as well as true Google chrome cast, and a good anker power brick.

Battery usage is basically useless! The brightness is cut in half!!!!

Yes, and you can not force it to the higher setting. With the Anker you can run full brightness on the battery.
