I'll never understand the need to go fast on something with 10 to 12 inch wheels. These scooters will always be sketchy at anything above 20mph. Range and reliability should be king when we are talking electric scooters. Performance should be an afterthought and a bonus.

Don't know other people's experience but just reach 1,000 miles on my emove cruiser the new model having a larger motor and new controller pulls me 170 lbs with gear at 32 mph full battery even below 48 v still 28 mph and I made a 50 mile trip easily with around 15-20 battery left so I'm more than happy

that is very good! Most people have good experiences. Some people have my problems. The good thing is this vehicle is going around for so long. Everything is pretty easy to diagnose and fix.

Cool video. I find if you are planning on "playing" in traffic, a person really wants the kick start off. Never know when you need to dart out of the way in a split second. Keep up the awesome content!

Yeah kick start is so stressful lol, last month i fell off my scooter from a huge crater in the sidewalk and got a really bad foot contusion. I rode home and was starting to feel it by then and a bus kept honking at me while i was trying to kick start away lol

Even on an m365 I think the minimum safety gear people should wear other than a helmet is gloves, often the first thing you reach with is your hands if you fall and even at 15 mph you can do a lot of damage to them eye protection is a good idea as well.. I always advise people to wear a helmet and gloves and protection for the eyes for their own good, if they choose not to that's up to them, but any newbe helmet and gloves minimum, recommend eye protection, even on a bike, I think it comes from riding motorcycles, you get hit in the eyes and you could lose an eye very easy at speed.

Just what I was looking for. Fantastic video 👍🏽 speed which one has the best folding mechanism and which one is lighter to carry.? And which one is most smoothest ride to do with bumps on the road and gravel. And which one do you think will stand the longest durability

these both have relatively simple, falcon mechanisms. I'm actually doing a lot of carrying them up and down the stairs since my elevator is broken right now. I always think the more expensive scooter is the more durable so probably the mantis is a better long-term purchase. I think he would be happy with both though, especially as a first big scooter. I can tell you I definitely ride both of these. I'm about to post a Cruiser video.

@@yogadude1234 Interesting. My DT Thunder Smokes my Emove Cruiser on acceleration. From the reviews I've read the Mantis is quicker than the Thunder. It must be a pretty big rider weight difference during your tests. In my opinion the Cruiser is extremely slow off the line. Rider experience might be another thing to consider.

You need too test kingsong ks-s2 pro. They are very solid the last one I had kingsong n10 lasted 18000km(11184.6815 miles) before it needed any service 😊

Nice comparison video. NEVER thought the cruiser would be even CLOSE to a satisfying ride: too slow, but this may not be the case.. Question though… how much less does Sarah weigh, than you?

yeah, there's about a 25 pound difference. I also took footage of us "racing" with us on the other Scooter it did make a difference but the Cruiser still had a lot of acceleration

i'm sure it will be fine but I don't recommend riding it like that. It's not really built for anything other than street use.
