It's even more weird since attacks ported from Xenoverse 2 are sped up in this game but Emperor's DB is slower here than its counterpart in Xenoverse 2.

The thing that makes it good in XV2 is the fact you can extend it for additional ki. In breakers I'm pretty sure it's based on dragon change level and the stunning beam is slow af.

I think the death beam works better when the raider's being meleed so theyre stuck. Or on larger targets like Max. It does decent damage in those instances

Cell max have great damage reduction against all attacks except if touched in the head so it wont do shit to him unless you are very lucky to touch his head with most of the beams
