These cultural relics were fortunate to escape the ordeal of destruction had they remained in China during Cultural Revolution

Well , you can also say they have been stolen ... if you want to push to the extreme .... the way China changes is China’s history .... Chiba has been trough more tough times then now ....

Very charming and inspiring ... pity the new educational regulations seem to go into the direction to consider Chinese history as “foreign” culture ... at the same level as European or American ( well very young history ) history .... feel sad ...

Not Chinese. But Taiwan actually saved these treasures from the destructive nature of the Cultural Revolution. Lets be grateful to ROC for saving these hundreds of thousands of treasures that at one time may have been all lost in recent history. These aren't ordinary artifacts but Emperors treasures!

@@angelobandal7112 Still Taiwan calls itself Republic of China. They still use traditional writing system. The U.S. and most countries in the U.N. don't consider Taiwan a country.
