No bloopers b/c it wasn't "technically" their video, it was commissioned by Fox. Yes, their duet on the descending scale is epic. Definitely my favorite out of their medleys.

@@lexymich3647 Yes, it was a t.v. spot for the announcemnt of the second season. These are all songs from the first season. I'm not sure how often it played, but if you look at the very end of the video where they talk about it not being awful, you'll see the Fox Broadcasing note/logo.

I never realised I had a weak spot for Scott singing the top line above Mitch until this medley (sure I've heard him do it before but it's never been as clean/clear as it was here - usually other stuff is going on too). And that descending scale dueted on "whatever makes you happy" they did...I'm no professional but that sounded like perfection to me, like they could teach that as a masterclass. I had never even heard of the show let alone seen it, but the way they wove this together, it makes such a gorgeous song and both of their voices are on point. They're just too good.

Every time! Every time Scott starts singing "Follow my hands" I start tearing up and I've watched this video at least 100 times now. I miss SF so much. Great reaction D, I could tell you really got into this one just watching your facial expressions.

This is my favorite of all their medleys and there are no bloopers at the end because they did it in one take. (I never watched Empire) great reaction Thx 😎

I doubt they did it in one take, that's generally impossible for these guys, or anyone generally. The only artist I know of that did a song in 1 take that was recorded for media, was Celine Dion and it was "My Heart Goes On". There were no bloopers because it was a paid advertisement by Fox for the show Empire.

Yes, the Empire medley is beautiful. I'm glad to see that you were touched by it as much as I. I've looked through your Superfruit reactions but I don't think that you've reacted to Superfruit's anti-medley or their Beyonce medley. Both are definitely worth reviewing, especially given how much you liked Empire.

That is probably one of my top 2 Superfruit songs for sure. They were excellent in it. Fox actually paid them to do that as a promo for Empire, so it was a big deal for them. Scott and Mitch were just born to sing together, it's fate or kismet or whatever you want to call it, its rare that 2 people have that much talent, and fit so well together vocally, melodically, style-wise, etc. They are the perfect duo. Love to listen to those guys sing, always will. 😍
