Love EotS, love this live version!! I personally think Luke's used what's called a vocaloid, which is an artificial voice made up of real but anonymous persons' voices that lent their voice to sort of training an AI to replicate them to create a sound bank of speech which is packaged & sold commercially as a software tool for music production popularised by Japan & fans of Asian pop music / anime / gaming culture to create artificial pop music artists that also may often include blending in holograms & creating an entire live music concert performance of these artificial popstars performing this mostly artificially voiced music! This software allows these vocaloids to be altered a number of ways to suit the desired outcome when combining them with music or in one interesting case/example as the sole voicing of animated cartoon characters such as Puppycat which originally began as a web series before being adapted into a Netflix series several years later - Bee & Puppycat - (which in this example uses what may be considered one of the most popular & well-known vocaloids; Oliver) Something I'm personally also a huge fan of & highly recommend!☺️
