5/5 for me. Its epic. Its adventure. It’s great banter. The romance that was present was good and the SCENE was heartbreaking 💔 it’s VAMPIRES! If you like underworld, resident evil etc then you’ll like this

Probably I won`t like it very much but I just love pretty books with illustrations so I am tempted to have this book on my shelf despite the content. I agree, I thought the beginning was strong and then so bland all the way through. I honestly don't understand the praise for this book... it's like raters and booktubers feel left out if they don't rate high like the person who told them about it did? I don't know. Good on you, though, presenting your honest opinion. I wanted to like this book...

I just started this book recently after seeing your IG stories (have been waiting on a new vampire series or book). I'm so far enjoying it and agree that it is an immersive book from what I've read. I have really enjoyed the author's writing imagery and scene setting. Something the last few books I have read lacked -so it's welcomed! I do love a good love story, and I do tend to lean toward those kinds of books often, but I'm cool with some of the other things you mentioned so hoping I continue to enjoy this. I'm sure I will. Sorry that you didn't like it as you had hoped. Please keep us updated with what you are enjoying! Also, could you do a video on your top fave series and why you like them? Looking for a new series to get into for the cold months ahead. ☺️

Agreed! I feel like the other Vampire stories could have been told. Also the main character family background was my whole anticipation ( I waited and waited lol) just long for no reason really. I hope there is a part two because I want to how he got locked up in the first place and what’s the end game?

I had the same feelings about the characters. Despite the length of the book I found that the characters had very little attention put to them aside from a cursory overview. Also for some of the characters, their motivations were extremely weak.

Someone on Amazon criticized the book just because it lacks lgbt characters and stuff. There goes the cancel culture again.🤦‍♂️ Seriously, why don’t they just leave people alone already and keeps their thoughts to themselves so that all of us can live in peace?
