The government or state government must have the power to prosecute the developers to court for failing to complete the project. Also jail and liquidation the developers assets etc. Malaysia government must set up strict laws to protect the buyers.

i am one of the purchaser that felling the pain from this project, as the developer have claim all the money with the bank, so end up now, i have to pay the monthly instalment to the bank and could not get the property. Last time, dont know why the white knight that wanted to take over, but some guys just stop them and now end up like this, cause to me, even the new developer takes over, 5 years or 6 years later only complete it, it is still better than this stage.

They rejected the white knight as they were convinced by invested ppl that they could get the LAD through the class action suit. 500 greedy purchaser cause misery to all purchasers (2,500)

USJ recorded quite few abandoned high rise before this but been rescued after more than 10 years hanging. Example: rhythm Avenue(USJ 19) / Main place (USJ 21)

There's an abandoned township at Cyber Height Villa in Cyberjaya since 2014. If you feel like going down south could you please fly up your drone there?

Sunway Group should takeover this project as they had so many other assets and property nearby the vicinity, there is big potential in this project. If they built flyover and road connectivity to Bandar Sunway and surrounding area, the area will be booming.

I'm almost book a unit and pay deposit at Empire Subang Office. Luckily no parking draw me out. Is all purchaser still have to serve progresssive interest?

I think the concrete is still fine but the steels exposed seems to be rusty. Hopefully nothing bad that would endanger the residents around.

@@Aerial360MY The site is obviously dangerous, but I don't think nearby should be affected. But I think it really isn't usable as a structure for a new project, so it will go at some point. Shame really, but should be demolished.

Their Empire Subang was just luck, build quality is sh1t, Empire Damansara too, I really don't know how the VP was even given, shouldn't have been in the business to begin with, they just rode the bull run and now that it stopped, the chicken have come home to roost

Yes, I remember seeing some cracked tiles and wall in the Empire Subang shopping mall when it was opened only forva few weeks, so defiantely not the best build quality but the location is superb. Hopefully a white knight would save this Remix 1 soon.

This dev shouldn't have even started development & investing in Empire city...otherwise the Remix 1 would have been completed

Right, I think they had early success with Empire Subang but being too aggressive after that, ended up both Empire Remix and Empire City didn't went well.
