Wasn't she 12 when she filmed the kiss scene? Asking because sources on the internet say she is 12 (they could be unreliable though). Either way I would love to know the source of her age in this film.

If it is true she was born in 1914, she would have been 12 when the film was made in 1926.

Not true. She was born in 1909, not 1914. For some reason this myth that she was born in 1914 lingers because MacArthur haters want to slander him for obvious reasons. Her family confirmed that she was 21 years old when she first met MacArthur, not 16. Her family was livid when William Manchester in the 1970s wrongly claimed that she was born in 1914.
