I'll be honest I always find it foolish that you can see a capital class ship, multiple cutters and clippers, and then that one measly cyclops falls to a single corvette or krait.

You can’t shutdown field neutralize on a capital ship, Thargoids are weird in that they do better against bigger things than them but worse against smaller ones That, and NPCs rarely have AX gear and Aegis AX gear is power crept. Guardian is something very few do in lore.

I once see a Type-10 Defender defeating 2 Thargoids at the same time, but that guy have his ship all A-rank, that ship is the true thargoid slayer.
