I know it will be a lot of effort but rather than keeping the buildings all in one area spread them out onto every side of the cave so that when you look into it from where u spoke to Katherine you see lots and lots of separate places and they can be connected via the tracks or some terraformed rocky paths I.e. looking at it seems rocky but up close and if you follow it its a well made path

Name the cave "vanity hollow", or "Hollow of Avarice", hollow referring to the cave itself, and Vanity or Avarice as a reference to a goblins desire for more precious things :)

If you aren’t already settled on Goblands, then I think that ‘Goblins go the Gloup’ would be great. The Gloup is a cave in Scotland and Scottish folklore is where goblins originated.

Courageous Cavern I think is a good name. The cave was named Courageous Cave because the Goblin who lives inside wants to attract people and feel like while visitors are down in the cave he can protect them.

It's for sure the Chasm of Wealth! Btw you could have hidden that hopper by putting it lower, then rail on top, hoppercart, break rail, block over it and use a piston to push the block into the hoppercart. I like to use that mechanism for well hidden entrances. Items dropped on that block are instantenously sucked up by the hoppercart, dropped into the hopper and door opens. Connect a comparator to the hopper. It will send out a signal once the hopper has a item in it. Eventually add a repeater to increase signal strength. Then a bit of redstone to connect that to the door. Further modification allows to drop the item from the hopper into a chest so the item can be pulled out (Another method would be a selftriggering dispenser/Dropper. Would require to put said dispenser/dropper and 3 blocks in the corners of a 3x3 area. Comparator between dispenser and block #1, repeater/redstone between the other blocks. Mid of the 3x3 stays empty [Can be filled with blocks, just no redstone stuff]).

I really love this man's dedication to start every time from new in survival. I play Minecraft for a while now aswell, but I never had the dedication to play survival much longer than until I got my first diamond armor, not speaking of building anything crazy in survival mode. i have some ideas! if you don’t like any, that’s fine. just some things i think would make this even cooler! 1: you could name it “The Goblin’s Hoard” or “The Skulk Brave” ! goblins hoard because it would be super cool if you could add shiny blocks of gold, iron, copper or redstone/lapis to add demension and extra spice! skulk brave because you could collect sone skulk blocks and the new dark vine thingies and add them around your base wall, like the deep dark is trying to take over and you’re defending your base from being destroyed. 2: you could add a hoard / safe room. you could build a room, filled with chests, stocked up with food and your special, shiny things. like at the end of empires s1, the world ended. the mezalean empire was ripped in half and destroyed. the ocean was drained and the queen lost her memory. if something like this happens at the end of s2, you could have a bunker like thing to try and protect yourself. 3: you could make a shop, maybe called the “Shiny Trades”. you could give them shiny things or anything else in exchange for more shiny things! you could trade gold for diamonds or something like that, you could have them pay for different resources depending on how difficult they are to obtain. (diamonds = really rare, redstone = quite rare, etc. etc.!) these were just ideas and i hope you like em! (blow this up? 👀😂)

I’m sure you get this all the time but you are such a talented builder! To the point that I don’t just think your buildings are good I can also see the story being told through the build and how it connects to your character or Empire! Your empire already this season is so amazing especially with the new build style for the Goblin/Cave Empire, and last season in the Grimlands with all the movement you incorporated into your builds especially the use of minecarts to add constant movement through out the base! Some empire name ideas, trying to lean towards a fantasy vibe: - Pointstone Borough - Pointspire / Deepspire - Underhaven / Underlands - Dripstone Cavern - Cavernfell / Pointfell (or -fall; could reference Lizzie falling off the rail, perhaps) - Cavernpoint / Goldpoint / Cavepoint - Goblin Keep / Pointstone Keep Or any combination of any of them, really I’ll probably update this if I have more ideas lol

For the skeleton spawners, you should raise the soul sand by one block and let the water stream flow over the cobble walls to push the skeletons up the half block and into the bubble elevator. Great find on the double spawner!

I saw a comment on episode 1 which had a theory about them playing on the same map as season 1 of EMPIRES and yesterday when Fwhip was streaming, he opened his F3 menu and I saw that they are one day 1130 or something which is unusual since they just started so I think that they ARE playing on the same map which also explains the open portal. It would be nice to see them base their lore on the fact that EMPIRES season 1 took place thousands of years ago and they are just rediscovering it.

I don't remember which episode you said it. But i believe you said you were looking for ideas to fill the cave? fitting the theme of course. Honestly do what you like with it. But as a goblin and as "goblin merchant" fwhip you could set spaces to sell to players so they build shops. removes some work load and you get ressources. And trades are in your town. so less travel distance. Considering both the end gate and double skeleton farmer you will have enough traffic. With a proper location you can have a nether portal for common traffic that can branch out to other projects. (dig greedily and find hell) Lots of campfires for chimney if you wish to have a more steam punk goblin vibe. (+copper) Zone with mining theme, building some auto farms close to some frequently used spots by customers. "hidden" but thus loading your farm chunk. The possibilities are endless. But fwhip. Your standing on several gold mines. If you become a trading hub and other you will have more wealth and less grind. As well as popular support to ward off or have support in case of evil doers in your empire. (theme or else) --Speaking of gold. Gold farm in the nether for shiny and style. are pigmen close enough to orcs? Goblins are nasty not for their size or power. But for their sly nature and deals. For their ability to turn time into money and pit or trap others. Only you fwhip can write and decide the history of your empire. But no matter what you chose. You'll need the ressources. So good luck.
