A little late to the party but still need to comment lol. Ok, I think he has a very interesting mechanic and will be more useful than it appears. There have been times were a single slash stood between me and healing or winning a match in the upper diamond league. Is he a game changer, no. Will he be fun, oh hell yes. As for the portal, great great hereos to summon all around. I'm surprised at Farrah being featured because she is a beast. I have her and ghealach both double limit broken and they slay. Just got my first Frond so interested in seeing how he does and haven't started leveling vaishali yet (surprise pull when she was first featured). Jett I haven't faced yet but don't have her yet. Can't wait to hear your review of the next upcoming purple hero, Ramona from the champions family. Going to go watch your video on Madea now. Thanks for the insight!

Thanks for the insight and yep Farrah was a surprise though I think I may have actually called it on my vid of her 😅 Gealach too probably one of my faves from the construct but this knockdown thing seems very frustrating. Maybe not as annoying as luna but she can be dispelled. Excited to see this new champions one.. as u know I like to be surprised so I'll wait till she's in the portal;?)

I think the special part of him is it bypasses reflect and status debuff stuff, which if that’s what it’s intended to do then that’s cool for sure

Sorry I mean there are some hero’s that are immune or reflect back status effects. That’s what I mean by bypass, there isn’t anything to cleanse so it’s a new game dynamic

How do you think he would work in War defense as a flank? or is he better as tank?

Depends on your alliance re tank colour but I think he's one of these heroes that will be nasty anywhere probably better flank as he is fast and wont need the extra tiles to charge.

If he hits a blue hero, than the blue tile does 1 dmg, you match 4 tiles into him and he gets hit for 4 dmg :)

Isn't "troop damage" just the technical term for "tile damage"? I.e. it stops 3 out of 5 heroes from contributing to tile dmg... Seems pretty powerful

Yep I had thought that also but it seemed too powerful so I turned instead to wishful thinking, strong drink & the power of the forum. But mostly strong drink 😂 I hope it's not all tile damage or that will be pretty tough.

Also, to correct you it completely stops tile damage. IF you stack 3 blue and he hits the 3 blue attacking hero's all tile dmg for 2 turns is now 1. SUPER impactful and will change the way teams attack. Disagree, think he's close to being game breaking.

Oh Snap ty m8. That's what I was afraid of... if that's the case he will likely be a reroll for me or one to avoid in wars.. seems very OP that its blocking all of the dmg. I'll have to search around for a levelled one in raids and test it out. As far as where on Defense. I guess if the skill is that OP then it doesn't really matter as he is fast speed anywhere will do. But I'd try and have a dispeller to his left if possible to get rid of any counters before he hits for maximum destruction 😅
