The poetry of picking up a junk hero like base Roc from the Fated Summons, and then turning around to grab his very usable costume for 200 gems is not lost on me, especially when I think of the money I spent chasing Lord Loki's costume. I still shake my head in shame, lol. So I think this new Visiting Outfitters portal is a brilliant idea, made even more so by your always useful analysis. I appreciate you, McNaulty!!

Of my heroes, Gazelle, Black Knight, Lepiota, Ariel, and Lord Loki are the first costumes I would take. There are many other heroes amongst those who have costumes that I don't have so I'm not concerned with them for obvious reasons. These "lists" you so kindly presented are those heroes who do have costumes available which will make it easy to choose what we want, bearing in mind those folks who have limited rosters, and any costume would help their heroes. Once again, this feature may help a top level player, but this will help far more mid level and beginners.

I was going to Heimdall .. but I'm going Lord Loki.. I'll get Gazelle and Heimdall as they cycle the outfitter.. if like SE .that would mean 4 costumes per year.. I'm good with that.. I have loki sitting at lv85.. so would not tske me long to get them with maxed.. as always, my brother ..great vid and honestly it helped my decision. Take care

C Panther used to hit at 300% and got nerfed twice if i recall correctly. The one you showed is outdated, her costume now only have a -34% elemental defense down, and 285% damage as shown in the card you showed us. Just thought you should know. Great video 👍

Same story on Perseus, had him but fed to soul exchange 😞 However, I can't wait to get Gazelle's costume and start using her again! She was the first hero I ever chased and was used almost on everything. Still haven't gotten her costume and she has been on the bench for quite a while now since the stats are just too much of a risk. Also, Gazelle art is gorgeous. One of its kind!

Guardian Panther costume got nerfed so what you see is an old card, like 2 year old card 😅. It was -64% edd but it’s down to -34% edd. Just two of Panthers costume back in the day could wipe a hole team so that’s the reason for the nerf she got

I would take C Perseus 101% but sadly never got him, and now its even harder to get him from elemental summon or from Legends summon. So its either Finley or Gazelle for me :)

Huge thanks for making this guide. It's even more useful than a top 10 list. I can't wait to find out the real gem cost and the frequency of the return of this event. I'm leaning hard towards Lord Loki since without his costume he is fun but dies too easily. Probably for the next round whenever the outfitter visits again, I might get costume Ariel since her costumeless version is the healer I use the most and I have the base hero at 2LB already. However, I got Blossom at the last Soul Exchange based on your advice, and I'm working on Chloris, so maybe I won't end up needing Ariel's costume after all. What do you think about Ariel's costume in light of having Blossom and Chloris? Thanks again!

Hi again McNulty, also wanted to add that I appreciate how you mentioned how to speed up the slow heroes. You had mentioned the cyclops troops. This is a side question, but by any chance, do you know if Styx is ever coming back so that those of us who haven't been able to get cyclops troops will still have a chance to pull for those? I've been saving troop tokens just for that, but no idea if it's all in vain.... Thanks for any info you might have!

That's a great question. And the answer is honestly I have no idea. I'd hold on to at least a few troop tokens just in case they pull styx or magic out the box and use the rest for getting lego troops built. Sorry i can't be clearer but I just don't know. I would hold on to what you have too.

Thanks Davy, ur most welcome. Yep Soul Exchange is a continuous fixture every 3 months, as for the outfitters it's not been confirmed yet but i can't see why you would run the event only 1 time. I would guess it will work in a similar way to Soul Exchange. I just hope they don't do something silly with the gem cost 🙏🤞🤞🤞🤞

I'm in the same dilemma. But for me I have 2 Lord Loki max where I've not started Guardian Gazelle yet, so going to pick Lord Loki first and then GG next time. But no wrong answer. I guess Guardian Gazelle is better as she can be put on any team and work well against any team. Where Lord Loki has to go up against certain heroes to make you win and on a team to compliment him imo.

Too new CDC was only release a few months ago. Costumes have to be older than 18 months to be available.

Yes always the same, but in the future more and more costumes will become available as they get to the 18 month old mark. If you have a hero that has a really good costume that wasn't mentioned, go to the forum and see how old the costume is. Might only have to wait a short while before it becomes available in this feature.
