To answer of your question: Is it possible to send this form as a link to multiple people? and get their value and store in the excel or SharePoint? - Yes its very much possible but we have to create the workflow as per our requirement. For storing the data in excel you can use excel activity and store the data as a data table. Regards, Deepak
