Will this include women making disgusting comments about male colleagues lunch boxes and bums ? Something I’ve witnessed many times working as a nurse and hearing the comments passed by frustrated old boilers everytime a young new male member of staff joined the team

Why all the risk assessment by employers? Why do the heath and safety executive not do the assessment and written guidance and rules for us? I tell you why however comprehensive our risk assessment is HSE will find something to prosecute on!
