The leadsinger, Brian Johnson, was living in Newcastle, England, pretty much broke after having a musical career in the band “Geordie” and working as a car salesman when he got a phonecall if he could come to London to sing a hoover radio commercial, to which he replied that they got to pay the train ticket too. He came to London, did record that commercial, and went back home again. A week later he got a new phonecall, asking if he could come to London again and discuss the commercial. The answer was the same “you guys pay the train, and i’ll be there” When he came to London there wasn’t any hoover commercial guy, but four young guys asking, “d’year fancy joining AC⚡️DC”? And the rest is history.

hi empress, nice reaction video. ACDC aren't my favourite band but everyone else loves them and they definitely know how to smash out a song. Did you know that there is a laneway in my city of Melbourne named after them? In your spare time you should check out ACDC Lane and some of its street art, a perfect spot for Instagram.
