Super nice studio! And I also like that the bedroom is blocked off from the kitchen. Since it has glass walls, you can get some long curtains to hang for privacy. Use command hooks to hold up the rods. They won’t damage the glass or leave marks. Can’t wait to see it decorated.

I rarely enjoy the layout of studios but THIS ONE?! I really enjoy this concept, especially that GORGEOUS bathroom and the bedroom being closed away from the kitchen. At first I was out off but the glass door but I thought of how the sunlight would shine through in the morning from the living room, so I think I’d be able to stand it. I’d hate a pitch black bedroom 😭😂 I could stand about a year somewhere like here! I’m a DC Native and been on the hunt for apartments so although I’m in the market for a one bedroom, I’m glad to see there are more modern studios like this out here!

Yes the bedroom gets a little light but not much since I keep my blinds closed at night! I definitely need a better morning routine, but really its the discipline I need to practice.
