Empty Condo Tour | Condo Philippines

I love buying a condo in the Philippines but this time it will be different from our past tours because this is a unit that I recently purchased so it's basically empty.
Hello REALPROS! and welcome back to my channel. This is Richard Carvajal, your real property expert.
Welcome to my newest unit purchase. A 1-bedroom unit overlooking the Ortigas, Antipolo and BGC skyline. This is a ready-for-occupancy (RFO) unit that I recently purchased last month on February 3. It's the first time that I'm going to show you an empty condo in the Philippines unit so I'll be sharing with you my plans for it's interior and how I'm going to maximize the space with this unit's lack of walls to work with.
I'm really excited about this condo because I really prayed for it because it was already sold out but finally it was given to me. I wont be showing you the construction phase of its interior so look forward on how this unit will turn out! If you have some suggestions on how I should layout this unit you can leave your comments down below.
