How can I get trained to use this machine? Where do I have to relocate to? I’m currently in Florida and there are no programs here besides at the Port of Miami. It’s so hard to even get looked at out there.

First get a job, to the container yard or sea port it's better you start as a driver after that tell your team leader the or boss that you are interested to be a operator of empty container handler's or ECH,
