Hey my friends, Thank you'll for the house tour. Yes I remember when a 500,000 house in Georgia would get you a 3 floor mansion which included a full basement with 1 or 2 acres of land, and all the bells, and whistles! Those days are long gone now!😢 Some people from Northern states would say the house was a steal, but I am a Georgia peach, and I know the low southern home prices have vanished! Nice home, but not what we use to get for the price! My home unfortunately falls in that category! I love the singing, and what can't you'll do?😅 You two are soo creative, and unique! No one has ever done a home walk thru, and pointed out how you can do diy projects! Love it!

Thanks for another great video and the reminder that you can make old things new. My home is almost 30 years old and for many reasons, I don't plan to move. However, I continue to do updates as I can. Video request.. I would love to hear from you all on how to mitigate damage and frustrations during those updates. I'm sure when Shonda (?) had her floors replaced, she had to remove things from the furniture and somehow protect the furniture when it was being moved. When I updated my kitchen, I was not ready for all the construction dust. Any tips would be much appropriated. I need to have my flooring replace upstairs. Already dreading it.

Fun, fun Ladies!! This was a great weekend treat. Like you guys stated, this house provides so many wonderful ideas using wood! I am in love with the master bedroom/ bathroom. The bath tub is stunning and the extended bedroom allows fie a seating area. I like the two tone somewhat, but I would switch the area moving the larger ceiling light to the off white/ neutral side making it the sleeping area, and then placing the dresser/ chest and double chairs to the blue tone side. That's just Sherry's idea. It's a magnificent setting. 😊😊

Hey my twins... singing like angels.... LOOKING LIKE QUEENS!!!!! Five hundred thousand!!! And they couldn't put a barn door up so the door wouldn't hit the toilet... They should have tiled all of the tub wall area also... The closet is horrible with the wire shelfs...The master closet should have custom wood shelving. The light fixtures are cheap looking above the sinks in master bedroom and the shower should have been bigger. For that amount of money, I need all the bang for my BUCKS!!!!!!

Shonda liked the lights a little bit more than I did… They were a random hodgepodge room to room…boho, industrial, modern… The primary bedroom was HUGE and I liked that but not the bathroom so much…like you said fFOR THE PRICE POINT. I didn’t like the tile in the primary bath OR the mirrors🤣😂
