I love those houses, obviously won't mention where they are but I almost got the exact same layout with the daylight basement but moved about 20 min further east around Cape Horn near the river. You picked a great house. I couldn't afford to have that built on my property so I just built a Cabin. I spend so much time outside I couldn't justify the cost. But I have amazing views, good land, a dope cabin and big shop. I was always a big dude, living out here has really lit a fire under me and I'm lifting again, hiking, fishing, hunting. I've lost a bunch of weight and packed on the muscle. I can't remember what the exact number and location is but somewhere from like North Bonneville to Carson has more hiking trails in a single stretch of land than anywhere in the country. Highly recommend trying them. They range in difficulty but the views are some of the best in the world. I mean, the big ones are Beacon Rock and Multnomah Falls but there's tons more equally as beautiful.

Congratulations on your new home Mindy, i was watching the video with my girlfriend and we loved the house it has to be so exciting to start to fill the house with furniture and everything, one question what is the breed of indigo? She reminded us of Milo from The mask movie (I dont know if we said it well cause we are from Colombia and our mother language is spanish but we refer to the "raza" of indigo)
