Another great vlog - please get the 3 bedroom as Ayana deserves her own space where she can learn to take care of it - keeping it clean and tidy. Nowadays not all househelps have nice intentions. You can even afford to put a desk in Ayana's room. The sitting room is not so much smaller than the 2 bed. Also the 3rd bed can double up as a store incase you have items for your interior decor pieces. We are so proud of your progress and only 2K difference. Great choice. We thank God for this!

Also I hope as the place might not be as modern as you say that they have a borehole or tanks as water is a big deal and of course reliable wifi from a reputable company. There are many small internet companies in new developments who prove to be so unreliable. I trust you checked and if possible CCTV for your additional protection. Keep pushing forward - upwards and onwards only!

Keep the living room airy don't feel the need to fill it up. You can maybe do a desk and book shelf by the window for editing and homework. Potted plants as well add a nice touch.
