Surprised it didn’t seem to come with a shower over the bath. Seems a bit penny pinching when you’re spending thousands with them. I agree it would be good to have the washer and dryer in that room under the stairs. Have fun making it your home.

We reserved too late to make any choices and I think the shower over the bath was an extra. But even if we had reserved earlier I don't think we would have chosen the extra shower... I think it looks better with it just being a bath and we already have a big shower in the en suite. I wouldn't have used the shower in the main bathroom - climbing into a bath for a shower was something I hated in our old house! So it wouldn't have ever been used apart from when cleaning the bath as it's probably easier to rinse. Thanks so much for watching :)

You could probably fit a washing machine and tumble dryer in that cupboard in your hallway. That way you can fit a dishwasher into the gap in your kitchen! Then you won’t be losing cupboard space, because you always need cupboard space 😂😂 Lovely house 🥰

Thanks so much for watching! That's a great idea but it's actually smaller than a washer so unfortunately wouldn't fit. Turns out we can't convert the downstairs bathroom because of building regulations so the washer is staying in the kitchen! Never mind 😂 💕

Lovely tour! 😁 gets me so excited!! How far in advance did you book your snagger? Barratts have said we will only have two weeks notice so don’t want to book the snagger and have to cancel if things are delayed 😬

Thank you so much! Have you also bought a Moresby? When are you looking to move it? It's all very exciting isn't it! So we actually only booked ours once we had a completion date. The company we used was called House Scan and they had a lot of availability because they serve the whole of the UK. I originally contacted Snagsure but their wait was about 10 weeks and I wanted it doing asap. Thank you! All the garden sizes vary, I think ours is one of the smaller ones on the estate, there are definitely some which are like 4 times the size of ours, so I think you just need to look at all the plots and see which one works best for you ☺️
