Monica Angel a lot of people buy new builds and rent them out straight away. I live in a new build and loads of people never moved in and rented them out straight away

Loved the video i moved in my house in October so I feel your excitement! Soo! I’d deffo have a dryer Gemma in the utility unless you have a washer dryer?! You can make Tilly’s area under the stairs and get it proper cute! Then for your hoover steamer etc you could put that up stairs in the cupboard along with ironing board etc. Orrrr use the utility empty space for Tilly’s cat litter etc , hoover etc under the stairs and up stairs cupboard could be for shampoo’s etc . The stuff we don’t want on display. ?! What ever you do it’s going look gorgeous anyway! Can’t wait see how much it changes over the coming months. Im not sure if you’ve brought or your renting but if you’ve brought you can always add on to your house too. Because the gardens hugeee. Xx

The small cabinet by the fridg is your seasoning cabinet, glasses go in the opposite cabinet . That’s just the way I always do things.

Your house is just adorable!! Three bathrooms!? Wow! I do have a suggestion for you... in your kitchen, on the blank wall to the right of the sink, I think either large floating shelves(think Ikea) or rustic wooden shelves would look amazing with dishes displayed all in the same color. That would free up some cabinet space too. Congratulations on your new home!! I'm sure you are going to make it look wonderful!!😊

I am lucky to own my 4 bed property outright.. it's not a new build though... my house is around 400yrs old so no nice angles ... just lots of little nooks and crannies. I shall be very interested to see what you do with your new home Gemma. Sending love as always from Deepest, Darkest Devon xxxx

It’s going to look fabulous 😍.... when I done up my rooms, I stood in the doorway and took a photo of the empty room.... then once it was all done, I stood in the same place again and took another photo so you get the before and after shot, it’s really cool to look back on too 🥰 because you vlog, it could be a wee mini video clip ...... can’t wait to see it all done x
