Empty Space [Final Fantasy 7 Remake GMV]

Just a little FF7 edit. Believe it or not, I started this project back in 2020, after playing the first FF7 remake. Glad I sat on this for awhile, so that I had more content to work with. Also, if we're sharing right now (and because I just can't help myself lol).... I did not like this game. I never played the original PS1 game, but I grew up loving Advent Children, Crisis Core, and just reading the lore of FF7 online. So I'm not sure why this game, especially Rebirth, just felt like a complete utter waste of time. I think I just have multiverse fatigue. sighs Well at least there were some decent editing clips. Bringing me back to my roots. My very first uploads to YT were using FF7. If you're curious, and dying for a cringe, you can watch some here:

This feels like such a nostalgia trip. I really loved this video, you did an amazing job! Totally agree about the new games - I feel like the people that *really* enjoy it are the ones that haven’t played before/got invested in the original lore of the game. I just think it’s missing something/trying too hard to push a multiverse narrative. 😭

Great vid, you really nailed the cinematic vibe of the game (and focused on the highlights - the characters)! I agree on the games tho... like all they had to do was pick a lane but instead they got mired in weird and convoluted meta commentary and multiversal stuff. At least there's always the original!
