We have journeyed into the remote and barren countryside north of Beijing to explore the Chinese martial art of Yiquan or Mind-Intent Boxing. This is not very well known in the West mostly due to a lack of experienced teachers. This Yiquan is a waste of time. Train Yiquan for 10 years will have the same result as train in western boxing for 6 months.
