Vanguard is live on both servers PBE and LIVE. But i don't use any third party programs hacks like skinspolights.

I know what u mean. I give u a tip. Corrent patch is the PBE. So if something works on PBE then it will works also on live servers next patch. So Vanguard is on PBE and everything like skin hacks works, so it will also works when vanguards official hits live servers.
