Maybe in a tier 1 map you could survive enemies. Also the chilled ground was 30% before. Later on it was 26% when you got your highest speed number.

@@FlippyK That may be possible, though I dont know if Empy has the enchant slot for it. Setting it up would also be hell as in the video, they set up in spots where there are 0 enemies, while there will always be Blight mobs spawning, and you can't kill them all or the towers disappear.

I have heard that there is hard cap of 30 attacks per second. With up to 90 with multi strike. But this videos says once you get to 30 you can get more at 60 or 90 etc. The wiki doesn't say one way or the other under attack speed. Does anyone have a quote from GGG so that the wiki can have this info? It would be useful on attack speed page and soul eater page to talk about the attack speed cap.

This had been nerfed. You can now only do a maximum of 30 attacks/casts per second. Does not matter if you use shrines/auras or any other sort of acceleration.
