Really cool boss, kind of outgeared / out-setupped the base difficulty, but there is 4 more difficulties above this. Our setup was 2 Lightning rod + 2 Magnetic Salvo dps, 1 Timefreeze tank Chronomancer and 1 Shock+curse Stormweaver. Time Freeze is very strong with full investment. Looking forward to more bosses! how did you get so many freezes? is it just a lucky proc to not consume the cd? or just massive cd reduction? i mean it has 1min cd!?

@@Skilez A combination of both. Stacking duration and recovery rate and praying for the lucky procs. Bosses get more resistant to the time freeze with each use, that's why it became a shorter and shorter freeze on the first try.

​@@Vat0sberrie It's % increased life though, and I'm assuming you can get potentially 5 sockets after vaaling for a total of 25% inc life Considering there's a lack of % increase in life in the tree/most gear that's potentially 500+ life which is pretty huge

@@Vat0sberrie The entire passive skill tree gives like 6-9% increased life and this chest alone can give up to 25%. Obviously it's not for every build, but it is huge.

empy and his group project partners are never a representation of the common player. GGG knows this by now. That said freeze is very very powerful to an extend where I can see them increasing the resist build up e.g.

This looks like its just a massive stat check. What is the counter player to those circle+ projectile aside from tanking and healing through it. This is the exact opposite of the shit theyve been pushing. You cant dodge roll that.

I think you have to dodge the beam and then zip back into the circle. It punishes you for just standing in the circle but you've gotta move away from the circle so the beam tracks you, then roll into the circle to avoid the beam and the ring blast. Just speculating

From my perspective - you shouldnt be able to stun pinaccle boss. Stagger bar on this should be not existing. I understand that someone is building for maps for survivability with this kind of builds, but for bosses, it should be totally different gear in my opinion. Therefore free respec should be available for change build before pinnacle bosses imho.

Don't forget apperently this is the first tier our of 4. I think its fine if there's 3 more tiers higher than this. They also claimed to have geared very well so I think it's fine. They also have a party of 6 so there's a crazy amount of debuffs on him

@@TacticalPandas PoE is the type of game that you can absolutely trivialize if you put in the effort, in this case this premade are cheesing the fuck out of the boss by min maxing freeze/stun/other ailments chained together. Granted this is the story mode version of the boss (there are 4 other difficulties, and only the highest difficulty drops the best loot in the game). If you don't like that you can do that then feel free to join the SSF race where you can't group and you can't trade and really the best player wins. It's likely that it will take a few more weeks before we get to see the first kill.

Gotta be real of everything I've seen so far of PoE 2 it looks like a Game I'd play once for the experience and then never touch it again after that initial League. It just looks so bland and slow. Clunky skills and classes aren't polished (which is the main thing I hoped they woulda done in over 7 years now lmao)

@@ashthepup6715 The base concept of the game should be there after 7 years, which it is and it looks great. Just not something I personally would replay every League. Disappointment with Skills and Ascendancies should be warranted as them doing fixes on the fly throughout the weekend was there, but releasing them in their current state especially for Melee and Minions is just questionable at best. I'm not even complaining about the things that EA should flesh out like Loot, Zone traversing etc. It's literally more about the core game being not my cup of tea after around 4 days of gaming with it. Nothing will change it unless they change their core concepts which they shouldn't as this seems to be their vision for PoE 2 / Ruthless with Gold.
