Though Ma Long still has that in him and can still dominate around 90% of the worlds pro players, China is a really tough place to represent. No matter what, this match is undisputedly the best of all times. Fan was so close to beat Ma a few years ago but now both are timeless legends/superstars. So lucky to have China where endless superb players are trained and displaying their talents/skills. Thumbs up for the upload.

This is the final of men's national team championship played in September 2021 at the city of Yan'an in Shaanxi province (aka state), China. It is bordering the provinces of Shanxi to the east and Gansu to the west. Those provinces, including Xinxiang, are full of wonderful Chinese culture since the Qin dynasty 2000 thousand years ago. China, behind a lot of global negative critics, has been slowly and painstaking upgrading general living standards and education, but it takes more time to improve their image since they only started to upgrade/change about 40 years ago. Seeing is believing with my own eyes. Best wishes from Australia.

Estar a un punto de ganar el partido en los dos últimos set al mejor del mundo, nos dice que Ma Long aún esta vigente. No hay campeón sin suerte, y este partido lo reflejó. Un gran partido, y que a pesar que el revés de FZD es casi perfecto, Ma Long logró ganarle varios rally. Fan Zhendong got super lucky at the end. Also, Fan competed in his hometown with most of the fans' support. But since this match, they moved Fan to another team. My guess is that team GuangDong became overwhelmingly strong with Fan Zhendong.

Honestly I wasn’t impressed with the comeback. I mean 10-6, fzd gets a net. 10-7, fzd gets a net. 10-9, fzd gets a net. 11-11 fzd gets a net. This is more luck than an actual comeback, especially the net at 10-9 down.

Those who say FZD won just by luck probably never even hold a bat lol. If there's any luck, maybe it was at 8-10 when ML was in position. At 6-10 there's nothing ML could do, and at 10-10 he was off balance. After 10-10 anything could happen. And you have to have strong determination and immense skills to take the shots before any luck kicks in.
