Heat stroke was the cause of him passing away.

He died of heat stroke while taking a jog with his team on a 5km plus run.

@@Jorge-es5bk that could also be possible. I mean how could a young men in his physical prime succumb to heat stroke when all other team members were ok. Such a very sad story.

@@salkimutkilangit8927 it is very sad, the kid had a great career and life ahead of him and his family. Glad to see his Canberra/English mates visit his village and pay there respects. Would've meant a lot to Kato's family.
