While I prefer the Partridge Family's version, it's interesting to hear Wayne's take on it and he does it well, too. It's a pretty perfect song. One thing, though, the video claims Wayne's version was the first recording. Actually, the Partridge Family version was on their "Sound Magazine" album in 1971, and this was recorded for Wayne's "Daddy Don't You Walk So Fast" album in 1972, so the Partridge version came first.

This song was the B-side to Daddy Don't You Walk So Fast. Wes Farrell also produced the Partridge Family. Their version was good too.
