TLPH needs to find a better roamer who can make plays if they wanna dominate again. Jaypee is not on the same level as the other members and sometimes commits rookie mistakes.

Although Jaypee isn't as great as yawi he still works. I can also see why they said he's shotcalls are much more calm than yawi. He's definitely not better but being calm is already an advantage.

People only want to see highlights /plays but can’t appreciate how good Jaypee actually is at zoning and making space for Benny and Karl. TLPH knows their damage potential is coming from Benny and Karl in this assassin meta. Even Sanford understands that, that’s why you rarely see him with his signature heroes (Pac, YZ and Bene) in this series. All Karl and Benny want is enough space to farm. Space. Space. Space. That’s all they ask from these two and leave the damage to them. And that is what Jaypee does the best. That is also why Karl is able to level gap Sekyss, because all Yumss do is initiate a fight/pick off. And after he dies, what happens to YRG? They crumbled so fast. They don’t want a roamer that dies after a pick off (just like how Yawi used to be). And then what? They are left without a roamer for several seconds because the roamer is still respawning? Lol. Jaypee’s Tigreal in Game 5 did not make any crazy plays but he only died 1 time. All his focus was on zoning out enemies for Natan and Roger, because these two are what is needed to burst down Xborg. If you notice his position, he is always close to Benny, enabling Benny to free hit and anything that goes after Benny is a priority. TLDR: TLPH is not roamer/pick off dependent as they used to be back when Yawi is still their roamer. If they can prolong the fight, they will. Making plays is not a priority for Jaypee but making sure Benny has enough space to free hit. That even if Karl dies, Benny is still alive. YRG right now actually a reminiscent of old Echo. Aggressive but when Yumss dies, they are left scrambling off their feet.

Right now when they win, its always because they get carried so hard by Karl/benny or the SAN-SAN duo 2. i did not say he is not good, im saying he is not on the same level as the other members. remember when Echo used to be the top team? Sure the meta has changed, but the job of a roamer is still the same, provide vision / babysit or annoy opponent jg depending on the comp / zone opponent jg during turtle lord fight. you talk about dying 1 time when for a roamer it really doesnt matter if you die 20 times as long as you already did your job 3. they are competing at the highest level, this team arguably have the best if not one of the best JG / Gold laner / EXP & Mid, now where does Jaypee fit in that conversation? You still do not get my point? compare him to other Top team roamers like Yums, Owgwen Light etc and compare their impact to the team. Again, im not saying he is NOT good, he is just not on the same level as the other members. There is a reason why YRG is so dominant right now, every single one does their role so well and contributes that even at a disadvantage, they can still somehow manage to win and one more thing, "Accidentally" stealing your JG's purple buff is simply unacceptable when you are competing at the highest level.
