If you're going to criticize Heeseung for not wanting to be the leader then you'd also have to criticize all of the other members that are older than Jungwon for not taking on that responsibility. Tbh judging someone for simply relaxing at home on their time off seems even more ridiculous and childish to me 🤷‍♀️.

I hope that these boys realize that your weight is SUPPOSED to naturally fluctuate every single day. That’s why most people weigh themselves in the morning, before they’ve eaten anything that day! 63 kgs (138 lbs?) is not a lot for boys that are as tall as them, and on top of that, they’re still growing. Additionally, they’re quite muscular, and Ni-ki is apparently trying to gain muscle mass (I’m assuming that he is because of his muscle growth file). Remember, muscle weighs more than fat! I’m 4’10-4’11 (147-150 cm?), and I’m 100 lbs (45 kgs?). That’s only because I have very little muscle, and it’s also due to my heredity. Now to East Asians, that might seem like I weigh too much (I’m specifically saying East Asians because my south central Asian family thinks that I’m starving myself, which I actually did for a year or so, I’ll get into that later). But, I’m way below both the height and weight curve for my age (I’m a rising Junior in high school, classes start in 2 weeks. I’m not comfortable saying my exact age online, so you can infer), and I even was told that I wouldn’t live past 13. Fortunately, I lived past 13 and am living my life to the fullest. Now, about dieting, I think it’s okay if done in moderation, like most things in life. But teenagers should NOT be dieting. Sure, do your workouts, go for walks, and eat your fruits and vegetables, but restricting your diet is so bad for you. From April 16th, 2020 to November 16th, 2020, I was restricting my calorie intake to a maximum of 1,055 calories. Most days, I was eating 500-800 calories. This caused me to get severe headaches, and it created a guilt for eating. I was even diagnosed with anorexia (over the phone, I didn’t feel comfortable going to the doctors’ office during covid). It was hard to go back to “normal”, and I’m still recovering, but day by day, I ate a little bit more, and I don’t get any headaches anymore. I have yet to go to the doctors’ office, but I feel better than before. I would never wish what happened/still happens to me on anyone else, and it breaks my heart to hear young people talking about things like these. It leads to an extreme negative obsession, and it’s so easily avoidable. Sorry for the mini essay, I just feel quite passionate about this topic. ☺️ Edit: Also, sorry for the question marks next to all of the numbers, I did the math in my head, so I don’t know if the calculations are exact ❤️

I’m also 4,11 and I used to never think about my weight (I’m 17) it’s not like I weigh much either, I’m average for my height but recently because of insecure people around me + idols I see online it made me want to starve myself. The only thing that stoped me was my hypoglycemia (low blood sugar, if I don’t eat my regular 3 meals and snack I could potentially pass out or die, I wouldn’t even make it 5 hours starving) but I’m glad I have hypoglycemia because it’s really bad to starve yourself anyways. I hope the idols don’t worry too much about their weight and same with everyone else. You are beautiful 💕

Enhypen members bond is soo precious! They live together 24/7 yet so inseparable. Like Heeseung starting the day by calling Jungwon then checking up on Jake and then we get our precious madmakz moments of them eating and playing together T_T Loved this! Can't wait for other members .
