Yes I saw a tweet, but it didn’t give a legit source though, some even say him being a SM trainee is just speculation, no legitimate confirmation also. if he really did train for 4 years it would make him 12years old, and at that age he was still serious in Taekwondo and Iland should’ve counted it like what they did to Seon, they counted his total trainee years with Yeahua Ent before joining BeLift...but if he really did train that long in SM, and did not move to BigHit, he would probably be another member of NCT? But he’s better fitted in HYBE though ;)

Jungwon and Sunghoon's qualities and characteristics for leadership really shine here. Jungwon is a balanced leader that manages and maintains the group well, whereas Sunghoon would be a more meticulous leader. People always think Heeseung or Jay when it comes to leader candidates next to Jungwon, but here it shows that Sunghoon would actually be more well-suited as a candidate. Even before the leader candidates were announced back then I always figured Jungwon and Sunghoon would be better candidates for the leadership role in Enhypen just because of the group structure. Heeseung or Jay as leader would make them stand out too much and they'll unconsciously overshadow the group to a certain extent, whereas Jungwon, as seen now, can obviously bring and maintain balance for the group, and I think if given the chance Sunghoon would be able to do the same. Taereungz the perfect duo, they're essentially the same person.

Jungwon shows the soul of a leader. A very good choice to make himself a leader, he keeps the balance of the group very well. I think that if heesung or jay were the leader, it would be different. Other than those who are the eldest, when they become the leader they will stand out on their own. I have never been disappointed with hybe leader, and I know I will never be.

Sunoo .You have this gorgeous, solid tone that remains consistent no matter what you sing. I know that every Engene, and even those who aren’t and are just hearing your voice can agree that your voice is very contemporary and romantic. You surprise us because you excel in every genre that Enhypen makes music in. As if this wasn’t enough, your voice always sounds exactly like the recording when you sing live, and often even better. As sensationally enveloping of a singer that you are, you are just as entertaining as a dancer. When you dance, you give your all and it really shows every time you hit the stage. You don’t have to try hard to completely grab and keep eyes on you while you do what you do best. Even when you are not in the center, your charisma does not fade and you do not sacrifice it for any reason. Despite any suggestions or being met with dancing styles that you haven’t tried yet, you still retain your own individuality. As a dancer, I believe any Engene or viewer can agree that your most magnificent feat is your facial expressions. Nobody can say a thousand words through dance like you can in this way. Overall, when you think about it, it’s no surprise that Enhypen has garnered the following it has so quickly; especially with somebody as talented as you in the group. You are simply one of the most attractive and appealing stage presences I have ever seen; and definitely in the fourth generation. You are just a conceptual genius. I thank you for pursuing music and the art of dancing and singing; as well as helping others through these mediums. As much as I love your musicality, I love your personality as well. One of the first qualities of yours that I love is how bubbly you are. You hold enough happiness for yourself and everybody who you meet. You are so humorous, but in the best way because it is often unintentional. I love that you have so much self-love, and try to find ways to increase it every day. You are unmistakably ambitious; always chasing after the next goal. Most importantly, you are the absolute best company and the most trustworthy person somebody could ever have in their life. The respect you’ve always had for your members has deeper roots than we could ever now. You’ve been through life’s ups and downs with them, and even in tight spots you pulled them and yourself through. Anybody can see how attentive you are when they speak or want to share with you because of how much you value what they have to say. Somehow, you are so compatible with each and every member and there is a different vibe when you are with any of them. I believe you are wiser than you give yourself credit for and this definitely helps your members. I want to thank you for keeping them safe, and giving them a place to go back to after a long day. You are all serious about your work as idols but it is you who allows your members to bring out their silly sides and just play when they feel up to it. You are a release for the members and the reason each day is spent at least in part with genuine delight. You once said that you believed one day, Enhypen would be even closer than family; and because I’ve never heard anybody say that before, it’s stuck with me until this day. I want to personally thank your parents and family for raising you and bringing you into the world in the way that they have. I know that you meet different people every day and they come and go, but your family is consistently on your mind existing as your driving force. As your Engene, we keep them in our hearts as you do. Like they have instilled it in you to do, we strive to combat negativity by helping others, crediting our loved ones for the steps we take toward our accomplishments, and for never passing up our dreams for anybody or any reason. Sunoo, the best way I can describe the how Engene feel about you is to say that you are like a guardian angel always looking over our shoulder. Perhaps the first indication I noticed of how dear Engene is to you is how much you feel like you can be yourself around us. Much like with your members, you take the sea of Engene with different stories and provide us with one to share together. Being with you makes every day feel brand new because you are always growing into a better Sunoo than the day before. Although you are often occupied with your schedule, you still make all of this time for your Engene. You talk about how you never want to stay in one spot and that you want Engene to see what else you can do. In this way, we don’t even feel like your fans, but more like good friends. Even when you are on a break, you are thinking about us. I hope you realize that you are like a sanctuary for so many people everywhere. We are honored to be your fans and the ones that get to be present for all of the milestones in your musical venture. I can see how much you trust us, and want you to know that there is no way we could ever let that be taken for granted. I want to make an oath to be better fans, who show you more love and courtesy because that’s all you’ve ever done for us. We are going to always protect you the best way we know how and make sure that you don’t get hurt. As I’ve noted with your other members, I-Land is just a crack of the door that reveals just a bit of what you’ve gone through. There’s no way for us to always know what you’re feeling and we’re not supposed to, but it is saddening to think about what you’ve had to go through, potentially alone. I know there is a lot you’ve had on your plate and a lot you’ve had to figure out on your own. Especially given how sweet you are, it is unthinkable to accept that you must face these rough patches. We do know, on the other hand, that you are who you are because of this and we wouldn’t know the real Sunoo if you didn’t have burdens. On behalf of all of your loved ones, I have to say we are so proud of you for braving through all that has happened so far. I know that you recognize that your members and so many others are there to pick you up and console you when you need it, and this is one of the reasons I know you are so strong. However, it is the belief that you have in yourself that I know has really kept you going. All of these pep talks and positive reinforcements to yourself I can tell go a long way. You haven’t lived through much yet and are still in your youth; yet you display so much emotional intelligence. I hope you keep this mentality and mindset that you have now because there will be nothing you can’t overcome if you do. Let what wants to hold you back try, because with your loved ones there for you, I know you can get through whatever life throws at you. Jay. There is so much to talk about when it comes to you, and I don’t know where to begin, but I’m going to try and start with your musicality; more specifically your voice. It has this coolness and this trademark edge to it that distinguishes from that of others. There is this subtle grit-like texture to it that makes it stand out in no matter what you sing. I know that another reason your voice is so beloved is because you sing with so much passion and there is no mistaking the emotions that you incorporate into each song. It can be tricky to rap sometimes, but you do it so naturally which I feel adds to the prowess that Enhypen’s music is comprised of. As igniting as your vocals are to Engenes’ hearts, in shows even more how felicitous you were to join Enhypen because you are a born dancer. At the core of all your moves is your strength; and I believe this is where lies your influence as a dancer. Your moves are so sharp and angular; leaving the choreography as a whole looking so effortless and fluid. I thought I was blown away when I saw you on stage, but I when I see you freestyling, having fun, and just feeling the flow of the music, that’s when my breath gets taken away. You acquire this intensity; and it is apparent in every aspect in your dance from the music fueling your moves to your heart-stopping facial expressions. Your technique is indescribable. Already, you have transformed the type of music that is defining our culture and the way that it is used to bring together millions of people across the world. There’s absolutely nothing that you can’t achieve, so I encourage you to keep unapologetically pursuing your music career. Thank you for sharing your voice, dance, and the power of performance with those who feel powerless right now. As much as I love your musicality, I love your personality all the same. What kind of person would I be if I didn’t mention one of your most prominent qualities; and that is your humor. I swear, your jokes are like a remedy. You can bring so many people together by making them laugh, and that is a special gift that not everybody has. Next, I just have to comment on your love for clothing and fashion. You have to have the most fanciful fashion sense and you always look so dapper. On that note, though you have a civilized and put-together demeanor about you, you have this gentle side and one of the biggest hearts a person could have. I know that nobody knows this better than your members. There’s still so much time left to be with them, but you act like you’ve grown up together all your life. You deserve to be in Enhypen because of your love for its group and its members just as much as you do for your raw talent. You are undoubtedly at the center of your members laughter-filled days. You are the motivation that keeps them constantly moving and working toward a better Enhypen. I love that each of them are meaningful to you in their own ways, and that you have create such a different synergy with each of them. We all know how much you like to have fun, but when it comes time to address issues the members are having, nobody is there faster than you. You are just an easygoing person and I thank you for being somebody your members can be themselves around. You are their family when away from family and even when they start to miss them, they have you and that will always be more than enough for them to keep going. Thank you for being the members’ reason why they feel so much worthiness and see so much potential for themselves in their lives. No matter the distance, you will always be in their hearts. I want to personally thank your parents and family for raising you, and bringing you into the world in the way that they have. Whenever you start to feel lost, stuck to the point where you don’t know where to go next, or lose sight of what’s important, I hope you look to your family to remind you of who you are. They will always know, love, support, and understand you better than we can, so remember that there is no situation too extreme for them to help you through. Even if you feel you have made a mistake or misstep, they will only ever be proud of you going out and experiencing life. They’ve raised you flawlessly and we thank them for allowing you to be with us. Jay, this might be an unconventional way to describe your relationship with your fans, but I’ve always seen you as like a second parent to your Engene. That we cross your mind so much and that you are thinking of us even when it is your opinion or satisfaction that matters the most, means more than I could ever begin to describe. Even those who felt the most loneliness now feel like they have all the companionship they need in you. We haven’t been together for a very long time, but laughing with you, crying with you, and spending time with you feels like second nature at this point. I also want to thank you for allowing us to be there with you at some of the most vulnerable parts of your life. It takes an incredibly deep level of trust to show how you’re truly feeling in front of people you haven’t even met in person that often, but you always put your faith in us regardless. You even ask us to load on you are burdens and you help us lift them off our shoulders by just talking with us. You are reason enough for so many people to finally start working toward their goals and to have the courage that they didn’t have not so long ago. I don’t even know how to thank you for the simple acts of courtesy that you show to Engene on a daily basis, but thank you Jay, truly.
