It's because of thermal throttling of gpu because as soon as we start to play actual gameplay in some devices specially like OnePlus GPU temperature rises and then GPU throttling starts which start to reduce fps to lower down the temperature of your device. I am finding some solutions for it as soon as i get it I will make it's tutorial too
