Yes! This was a MAJOR flaw when One UI 6.1 rolled out because ALL my notification tones became "generic" and drove me crazy! I had to look this up using Google to find out where to turn this feature back on! I have special tones setup for ALL of my apps and categories/events. It was MOST annoying on my S23FE but was the case for ALL phones except the S24 series! Thanks for posting this video so that others can enable this feature again that was turned OFF!

I believe the products should be self explanatory specially when you rollout updates and security patches any kind of lag bugs errors or even small small issues that will hamper user experience will not be tolerated . After a vigorous testing under various environment and conditions they need to be released. Instead of later finding the fixes and improvement.

This option is NOT enabled by default on the S24 series. I just had to walk my coworker through enabling this on his S24Ultra, because he could not access this screen to set custom notification sounds. This was on a Pre-Order Color S24Ultra direct from Samsung, fully updated, but non customized. On my unlocked S24Plus I do not recall this being on by default either, for the same reason of needing to enable it for custom sounds. But it was a Day One change for me, so perhaps that is why you might not remember turning it on?
