This method work for me on OnePlus 8 Pro (IN2021), BUT: If when you reach the step of opening the PDC program it does not recognize your cell phone, make sure you are connected to the correct port of your computer with the qualcomm drivers correctly installed, open the QPST Configuration program, select the port where your cell phone is connected and then select " start clients-> EFS Explorer ", while reading the files from your cell phone open the PDC program, select" Qualcomm HS-USB WWAN adapter 90E5 "and activate your corresponding VoLTE 😉

Works For Me, located in Malaysia on Celcom Mobile Provider using Commercial-DT-VoLTE profile. It was scary at first because below steps on ADB command had errors to execute as it had space in between. It worked for me with my OP6T using this Minimal ADB and the PDC finally recognized my phone but the reboot command also makes the phone revert and reactivate the "Oversea" again so I ended up removing it and that worked for me even if I reboot again my phone. Thanks again.

@@lonerangegamer27 seems not able to access engineering mode anymore (hence cannot turn on volte as before) after update to android 12, according to few feedback in forums. Have to wait for gurus now.

hi everyone! i got some doubts which are not here at the moment. 1º if i use a global rom and my phone comes from China... i will need put a carrier of this country or mine? 2º i use a Telefonica uk carrier and i did all the steps and finally... impossible, i cant connect to VoLTE or VoWIFI somebody can help me? finally I managed to activate volte on oneplus 8T eu roms running latest oos 11.0.7.10 KB05BA, telco digi (malaysia), profile im using india volte vodafone, previous attempts failed due to using an old laptop ..
