Wow the level of confidence. This advocate knows his rules and procedures of court. He has challenged the presiding officer WOW, but he was trying to make a valid point. However the way he spoke to Judge, should have been toned down a bit. Would love to work with him one day!

If you are in practice beautiful one you will forever be subjected to the descrete not the law judges and all officers oof Court has to adhere to rules. Not thier preferences.

Of course with the knowledge of hindsight his client is now firmly esconsed behind bars. And for those not in the know, a court does as a matter of fact belong to the Judge and not "the people" whatever that means. You may not agree with the man's views, but show some respect to the institution of justice.
