I think with Creepypasta OCs you also have to limit the backstory (especially with monster/creature characters) unless you can make their descent into their dangerous state unsettling and creepy. It leaves a layer of mystery and keeps people from pitying the character. With people falling victim to a creature (or their mental health if it can be displayed properly) the backstory could actually be frightening when done right but otherwise it just takes away from the character.

If you're making a Creepypasta OC. I reccomend looking into videos of how to make a HORROR character. Not a fandom character. It's much better to focus on the aura surrounding your character. Making it unknown and less familiar will be effecient. A good way of doing this is making the story being told by the POV of someone other than your OC.

How is this OC? Her name is Chiyoh. When she was younger, she had a close connection to dogs. Specifically, large dogs. At around age 9, she was attacked by a dog, which ended up in an injury in her eyes and brain. She died in the hospital. She woke up suddenly in her old house and looked in the bathroom mirror. It had been 16 years, and she came back. Not the way she wanted though. She came back as a fleshgait. I might continue more soon if anyone wants.

Peanut Butter Pikachu well if you are trying to make a Antagonistic character edgy can't be avoided too much. What i would recommend is trying to make them 3 Dimensional and original. Trying to not make them edgy is poor advice because you don't really know how to avoid edgy in the first place.

The way I write my creepypastas are usually based on uncommon phobias. When I say this, I mean, I make a random character experience suffering from this phobia (and they often have some sort of mental illness/unsolved trauma, which might be cliché, which is why I only use this if I have a completely blank name) when I write about it.

I've got quite a few creepypasta OC's (that I use for fanfictions at the moment, I'm working on making them creepier so they can "evolve" into a proper creepypasta) but I'll stick with my main for this. ⚠️Trigger warning ⚠️ Creepypasta Name: Kay Backstory: (still undergoing editing since it's cliche and doesn't really make sense) "Present time": She's a serial killer that eats her victims flesh (mainly arms) and has gained attention from police since she keeps leaving DNA at crime scenes, but she (her old identity) had been classified as dead since she had been missing for five years. She doesn't exactly hide and is spotted at various times by police, who attempt to arrest her but she always somehow manages to disappear before the police can get too close. Appearance: pale and covered in scratches (and most of the time, blood), longish (an inch or two longer than shoulder height) white hair and (I keep forgetting the proper name) the whites of her eyes are completely black, with electric blue irises that do appear to glow in the dark. Signature appearance: black cargo pants, green camp converse high tops, a thin dark blue jacket and a fashionably torn (I don't decide in a colour) t-shirt. Weapon: black/obsidian knife ⚠️please don't steal⚠️ :3

He was wandering in a forest when he was 10 and was missing for 3 years, he has a blue hoodie, black pants, brown shoes, and hair covering 1 of his eyes, he was possessed by a ghostly monster that feeds off of people's souls, the character sometimes has control over himself, but when he doesn't, it (the ghostly monster) wants to kill as many people as it possibly can before the teenager gains control again, you can tell when he's possessed because the white part of his eyes turn dark red, and his eyes start bleeding Edit: Everything besides the appearance and personality is a W.I.P the backstory is almost finished

She called for one of her maids to come and help her clean it, but after years of her cruelty, the maid decided that it was time for revenge. That night, she took another maid’s baby ,who was in the nursery of the mansion as the owner let her use it, and stabbed him with a kitchen knife. She called Maya to come down to the kitchen, and told her that she would clean the dress. She went down, only to be horrified at the sight of the dead infant. The maid then called Maya’s parents and accused her of murdering the other maid’s baby. Her parents were furious and they locked her up in the attic, only allowing her to wear the stained dress. Days passed, then weeks, then months, and she had enough and jumped off a stained glass window of the attic and fell to her death. At her funeral, the maid revealed that she had killed the infant, but her parents still believed that Maya killed him. They spat at the coffin carrying her body, which still had the shard. They then cursed her to rot in hell when the coffin was being transported in the hearse. Six days after her burial, she was resurrected, and swore revenge to those who wronged her and any other children. Fun fact: her catchphrase is partly based on her death.

My Oc is a cat named Oreo (because she is black and white) she is possessed (because cats are week and can't alert people) she is a fully adult cat. Her owner is a child named Charlotte. The demons goal is to limit the human population. Oreo chases people into danger (like traffic or off a cliff) only if she is desperate she rips out their throat (she does not normally do it because she is cat) she scares them by making her eyes glow or hissing really deeply then she chases them. She does not know of any creepypasta characters. She does not have a illness (she is a cat) she us a rescue with not really a bad past. Her owner looks after her well. Crocodile parts...she survived and her brain was re wired..but she had an urge to kills some thing..they gave her some goggles and long pants with long sleeved shirt..and they then said to her" don't eat at school in front of every one but behind the school.."..she went to school the next day and everyone was asking why does she have so much clothes on...no one would even look at her...and then the school bully's pulled off all her clothes and everyone looked at her in disgust then everyone was laughing at her..even the teachers...she then stood up and stared to laugh...everyone stopped and watched her laugh..she then snapped..and stared to kill everyone in her path..and then disappeared and was never seen again.. Have any tips for this idea i have? I'm creating some ocs simular to Slender, Sulker, etc. and their Proxies. It's actually going to be a clown, that does things somewhat inspired by the joker, such as giving them candy that forces the victim to become dependant on said candy, or else die from starvation and/or lack of real food. The clowns proxies would be people that either were manipulated into joining him, or somehow unaffected by his deadly tricks. It's still in the works and I'll have to really need to work on it before I feel it's properly polished

I used to have this OC Belladonna and I *hated* her. I recently did she revisions and here's what I got. Carroline White was an average 10 year old girl with a lovely mother but an abusive step father. Her step father mentally abused her until she was 12 when she suddenly snapped. Vines grew from her wrist and her eyes turned black, somehow she had powers that only activated when she was in a time of pure rage. She killed her step father and when her mother tried to interfere, Carroline killed her as well due to the pure anger in her body. She was taken by the cops and sent to a foster home where she lives a primarily happy life. However, the trauma in her childhood caused her to have D.I.D and lead to very jumpy and timid.

What did you mean by the same torture? A Girl i recommend Programms like Paint tool Sai or Fire Alpaca for digital. But if u want you can make a traditional piece too. U can use a pencil for the sketch and liners for the outlines. (No need to buy the expensive ones) color it in with Colored pencils, Watercolor or markers depending on what you wanna use.

First thing first: Twisted Glitched is like a creepypasta, but a OC at the same time. Here's the first Glitched's description: A light grey wolf-fox with black fire patterns covering her animatronic costume, she has a red eye, a maroon eyepatch covering a white glitchy eye. She has a red collar on that seems like it's connected to her. She tries to help at first....... then she goes after you. Twisted Glitched description: Name: Twisted Glitched Gender: Female (referred as to it sometimes) Species: Twisted Animatronic Looks: The same wolf-fox frame as Glitched, but Twisted Glitched is mainly endoskeleton, she has the patterns still, just her original suit color. Her eyes are grey or white, the eyepatch and collar are missing. Her teeth appear to be blood-stained on the tips, as if she had dipped them in blood. Personality: I would describe her as aggressive, isolated and hateful. Where did she live?: She lived at the pizzeria where the second Fnaf game is set. Backstory: She was the regular Glitched once, one day she got in a fight with another animatronic and lost half of her costume. Shortly after that, the other half fell off. She ran away from the pizzeria after that. One day she woke up in a workshop, with a human attempting to repair her. The human is who she calls The Creator. I said out loud, my voice even more messed up then usual. I got up the best I could and noticed I was mostly endoskeleton. Whoever had "fixed me" wasn't here, maybe I could get out? I heard a sputtering of a engine, reminds me of Foxy's singing. I sat still again and then I powered off. When I was powered on again, the cage wasn't metal.. It was trees? "One how did these get here." I slammed against a tree, it broke and so did the others. I got out of there and climbed the wall, up to the ceiling. "Not half bad..." I murmured. *I'll add more later*

I have several OCs. My very first one ever was actually based off of me. Her name has changed about 3 times now. She went from Shadow Shine The Killer (really mary sue! I know!), to just Shadow Shine, then she was Shadow FireBlade, and then Shadow FireSoul, and then just recently I named her Shadow BetaFire. Her story is kinda long, and sadly what is considered cliche because of the over use of what species she is. She's supposed to be a werewolf vampire... demon kind of creature. She herself isn't sure of what she is actually. Someone said that it was stupid because it makes her over powered and that the idea of an OC being one or both of those is used often. Shadow BetaFire not only is a demon of some sort, but she has no way to figure out how. She was born to human parents and has a family that is entirely human. I know there is stuff to perfect here. I came up with this OC when I was 11 and had just become a part of the creepypasta fandom.

every one does that to an extend. it just has to fit that's all. if it doesn't fit the character then the character won't work. keep that in mind.

She comes to you in your nightmares, she sometimes takes you as a guest and an alliance but sometimes as a nemesis and a bad guy, she died by a train accident, (she got mental and saw a crying girl in front of the train, she wanted to push the girl but by mistake gets crushed by the train, the glass breaks in front of her, and breaking the oil tank, all the oil goes on her, and some electric wires, boom!
