In this new playlist, by bringing together instruments, voices, certain frequencies and sounds, I aspire to create ambient music that takes you into a dreamy place, stirs your imagination and brings you calm. An unlimited and peaceful world for you to roam in freely.
Put on this soothing music for peace of mind, relaxation, meditation, falling into a peaceful sleep, soothing headaches, or finding relief from anxiety, stress and restlessness.
You can also have this for creativity, painting, mindful coloring, reading, writing, simply stoping the overthinking or immersing your self in any activity that you like to enjoy in a moment of peace.
Or you might just want to put it on get comfortable, have a time of stillness and flyaway.
With this, I wish to bring you into another world, where you leave all the stress, anxiety and heaviness behind.
I have made this track with instruments and sounds tuned to the 528 hz. I personally enjoy the sound of this tuning and use it often in my compositions. But there's also some research that has shown a positive effect of listening to music with this tuning, such as enhanced relaxation, calming the body, soothing the nerves, reducing anxiety and even lowering the heart rate.
There's also calming binaural waves laying deep in the music so you'd get the best effect by using headphones that don't filter frequencies too much.

The sun and moon will watch over you while the hills and forest will lull you to sleep with their lullabies and ancient voices.

I've been up for 20 hrs and I have to be back up in 2 hrs, but I've been having SUCH insomnia restlessness lately. Somehow I had a feeling that flutes would help to soothe me, but this video was even better than I expected. The music and reason are perfectly gentle and balanced so there's no startling dynamic changes, and the background scenery is beautiful and relaxing as well, so soft and still and comforting. As soon as I turned this on I felt the bodily tension and frantic thoughts melt away into perfect peace. My eyes are already closing. Thank you so much for this good medicine 🙏💜

This really was enchanting. I lost my dog recently, not to death but I was forced to say goodbye to him because he ate our chickens and my parents couldn't have that. We formed a strong relationship in the 2 and half months that I had him. I've felt very depressed for 7 months and haven't gone a day without thinking of him. Your music puts me in a state where I can focus on staying calm and peaceful and taking my heart off the searing and heavy pain. Thank you
