This is amazing on shrooms in the dark. The pauses where there is only water is timed perfect, it will pull you out of a rabbit hole and ground you, preparing you for the next rabbit hole and making sure you don't get stuck in one. My last one was 20 g fresh, OMG. I saw some amazing things. I think about it every day.
