Day 48 of creating new moves because why not: Today we got a special one as its gonna be a signature move for ruined Montor! (Concept idea from @being10158; it was in the newest terruma showcase) [Dying Spark] [magical] [Electric Type] [100 Base power] [5 uses] [90% Accuracy] The user absorbs all the energy in the surrounding area and then condenses all the energy in its entire body and releases it at the opposing team at the cost of health. [For every stat bonus you absorb add 10+ bp] [Every use cuts total health by 15%] [This move isn't effected by power surge trait; as it would be the most overpowered thing in the game lol]
